What’s the role?

As a Process Quality Expert you will be part of a dynamic team by promoting quality pratices and improving business processes.

You will act as a high quality standards driver and reference point for the documentation required.

You will be in touch with several internal stakeholders, working with several departments, and being the touchpoint with Quality Dept in HQ.

What does the role involve?

The team Audit & Quality is looking for a brilliant candidate, who will be in charge of:

Identify and implement continuous improvement projects/initiatives across the Region

Ensures internal/external audits of existing processes are being performed and changing/evaluating as necessary to continually meet/exceed customer expectations

Maintains accurate documentation of quality standards, work instructions, and other related documentation

Promote effective and diffuse practices of Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions

Ensure effective and rapid analysis and solution of quality issues

Implement and support cultural change across the Region and drive business process improvement.

Train and mentor Managers and Employees on Quality topics

What You Need Is

• Knowledge of ISO:9001 standards (certified auditor is preferred)
• Previous experiences in process quality management
• Experience in multinational environment is preferred
• Italian and English language fluent level (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills
