Modis and the Mercedes-EQ Formula E Team are looking for someone who is passionate, highly-motivated, forward-thinking, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. You will be working with key operational partners, on technical and non-technical subjects.

Can you effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, act fast without having the whole picture? The world of motorsport will put your reflexes to the test. Fluent English is a must, German is a bonus. Sound anything like you? If so, fasten your seatbelt.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Mercedes-EQ Formula E Team in its third season of ABB FIA Formula E World Championship.
• Liaising with key Operational Partners on technical and non-technical subjects.
• Ensuring alignment and coordinating marketing communication between Team and parent company.
• Managing and working with key stakeholders both on and off the track.
• Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance across departments.
• Documenting existing policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Providing overviews, briefings, and debriefings on significant topics.
• Supporting Team Principal with administration and reporting.
