JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITES CHANNEL MARKETING

CHANNEL MARKETING – 40% daily

Support Brand marketing team daily work with focus on main consumer activation to happen cross channel:

RETAIL: consumer activations that happen instore minaline doors, FO or levi.com.

WHOLESALE.COM:

  • Campaign implementations in wholesale pure players and key partners (share of assets, copies, newsletters, brand visibility, paid content campaigns).
  • Wholesale.com calendar alignment with key marketing initiatives and big bets on floor.
  • Whl.com acceleration: equip our whl partners with right tools, assets and imagery for a correct brand visibility in their online websites and eshops.
  • Support in the delivery of digital materials to our partners.

CHANNEL: support on the execution of consumer activations in both channels. Support in the execution of opening parties, instore events or any other consumer related activity happening in physical stores for consumers.

CRM: Support on the execution of CRM Calendar and local activities related. Local content management and integration into levi.com and 247 app.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES BRAND MARKETING

BRAND MARKETING– 40% daily

Support the brand marketing team trough specific activities related to PR/Social and internal communication.

MEDIA

  • Review key messages & translations on brand campaigns for alignment and consistency cross communication/channel.
  • Validate/approve media assets when needed.

PR

  • Sample management and order.
  • Support on events execution: production agency, coordination and set up, decoration.
  • Assets delivery from HQ: images, tool kit, press releases, download and save into local folders.
  • New brand space at Milano offices maintenance: branding and decoration to be updated when needed, management of supplies (office materials, drinks), samples, etc

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

  • Develop a monthly mailing newsletter for internal stakeholders compiling all interesting share points from the different departments at a cluster level.
  • Be main contact person for the Italian market with OTC and external requests and transfer to the team the ones relevant
  • Support in the creation of presentation for meeting and marketing activities.
  • Support the team when needed attending the events or activations that happen at local level.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES OPERATIONS

OPERATIONS – 20% daily

SOUTH CLUSTER COMMUNICATION

  • Coordinate within the Italian and Iberian BM team the update on the weekly status of the different marketing topics and share with broaden team.
  • Ensure the marketing calendar for the countries is updated with the more relevant activations to happen during the season.

SAP: Support on SAP internal processes: vendors creation, Preqs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Include the complexity of decision making and problem solving.

Education: Degree in Marketing

Languages: High level of English spoken and written. Spanish is a nice to have.
