The Crew Solution team in our IT department plays an integral role in the strategy, architecture, design, acquisition, implementation and management of various business applications and software solutions to enable planning, efficient operations, automation and reporting needs of the company. As a key member of the IT Service Desk, the IT Delivery & Service Support Specialist provides support to all business units.


• Tracks open service request tickets using a ticketing system;

• Assists in investigation and resolution of second level support;

• Supports problem management resolution;

• Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for all troubleshooting procedures;

• Provides accurate information about MSC Applications in terms of flows and processes.


• Fluent in English. Any other language is an advantage;

• 1-2 years work experience in a similar role;

• Advanced training with computer applications and desktop technologies or equivalent work experience;

• Troubleshooting experience with MS SQL Server, query, java, php and jquery;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ServiceNow;

• Good Knowledge of bug-ticketing system Atlassian Jira;

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory;

• MCP, MCSE, ITIL Foundation preferred;

• Willingness to perform excellent customer service;

• Ability to prioritize, direct, and resolve incidents;

• Passion in helping non-technical people;

• Can-do mindset and love working in a fast-paced environment;

• Knowledge of the cruise industry is an advantage.
