Job summary:

As key HR role, the person will be responsible for all the HR processes and projects implementation for the plants of the Complex South, focusing on our Culture of caring, on high quality Development Plans for our Talents and on all the Engagement and D&I activities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Is a partner to the business and supports, from the HR side, the company’s internal stakeholders
  • Manages the recruitment process, from the analysis of the need up to the on boarding process of the selected candidate
  • Ensures data consistency and process compliance with current legislation and internal requirements
  • Support the annual comp&ben evaluation and analysis for relevant employees
  • Manages and assists in the deployment of EMEA talent-developmentactivities and HR projects for the relevant plants)
  • Is responsible for planning, developing; and subsequently deploying the local traininginitiatives
  • Carries out the internal and externalonboarding strategy
  • Assists in Union Relationsand implements the strategy determined at the EMEA and Regional level
  • Ensures the correct course of disciplinary actions, from drafting the letters to following up on the employee’s response to the charges, to supporting the management’s decision on the sanction.
  • Is responsible for temp/seasonal workers need analysis for relevant locations, besides being entrusted with temp/seasonal workers hiring process, and overall HR management of temp/seasonal employees for the relevant locations
  • According the global, EMEA and regional strategy, design and implement local plan for increasing D&Iin the relevant plants

  • Performs any other activity as requested by the direct / matrix supervisor

The HR Generalist will have a high degree of responsibility for providing excellent service and building relationship with the business.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Min 5 years of previous HR experience in industrial multinational companies
  • Experience in corporate environment
  • Proven track record in identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Working knowledge in HR data systems management (i.e. Zucchetti/SAP HR)
  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite; Excel skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Intuitive quick learner
  • Excellent cross functional and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of other European languages as an asset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Outstanding proactivity and problem solving skills

Languages: Local language, English Proficiency – verbal and written

Estimated Percentage of travel required in the role: 50% being present consistently in all the relevant plants

  • University degree, preferably Master’s, in Law; Business Administration; Phycology; Sociology; Philosophy; Political Science
