Our client is a leader in the manufacturing of machines and equipment for the production of corrugated board based in Italy. The Company is looking for Head of Finance (F/M)to organize, coordinate and control financial activities of the company. Moreover, you will provide economic analyses, studies, and counsel on all matters of potentially significant financial impact to the company, including economic/competitive trends, pricing, cash flow, product line evaluation, and capital additions.

Responsibilities :

• To analyze the entire financial department and make the necessary improvements for the smooth running of the structure.
• Carry out the strategic and business plan formulated by the Group, in order to guarantee the achievement of the operational financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance of financial operations with corporate accounting standards and regulations.
• Carry out comprehensive financial analysis and rigorously monitor the health of the business.
• Lead the establishment of company’s product cost management system and sales price management system.
• Establish a tax management system to prevent fiscal and tax risks. Study and master local tax policies, to carry out tax planning.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data reported to the Group in a complete and timely manner to keep investors and the board of Directors informed of the health’s company.

Profile :

• Fluent in Chinese, English & Italian.
• Bachelor/Master degree in Finance/Accounting or Auditing.
• Significant experience of 10+ years.
• Financial Expertise and Management Skills.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Systems.
• Ability to work under pressure with strategic and forward-looking thinking.
• Responsible working attitude and aspiration to pursue excellent work results.
