Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry – a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.

Within the Group Bancassurance aea we are looking for a Group Bancassurance Distribution Support. Group Bancassurance core accountabilities are:

  • Drive strategy, operating model and prioritization methodology to help Bancassurance grow APE and GWP in a profitable manner (in 2015 Bancassurance accounted for 10% of Group total GWP)
  • Ensure “The Generali Approach” for existing and future relationships through improved coordination across Life and Non-life, across Countries and with GBL
  • Engage specific teams to guarantee expertise, time and availability to manage complex structures, decision processes and governance systems with many stakeholders

The main tasks of the job will be:

  • Supporting the team by providing information and analysis, regularly and on an ad hoc basis, of commercial activity, sales targets and financial related KPIs
  • Support the team in the implementation of Group Bancassurance value proposition and key projects
  • Market potential assessments
  • Budgeting and forecast process
  • Development and review of deal analysis, examining transaction terms, specific projects management (from start to finish)
  • Partnership distribution agreements drafting
  • Prepare benchmarks studies
  • Prepare presentations
  • Conduct research (markets, competitors, etc)
  • Review/update distribution agreements
  • Prepare and distribute financial and sales reports

Qualifications


Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have

  • Degree in Economics or other similar
  • Excellent MS Office skills (in particular Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must
  • Familiar with contract legal structure and terms
  • 1 o 2 years’ experience preferably in banking/financial sector
