Global Customer offering understands consumers and designs a successful offering, by defining a specific product and service portfolio, together with related pricing strategy, aimed at maximize profitability for our company and satisfaction for our customers.As Global Product & Service Manager you’ll define the best Product & Service offering to provide a unique value for the customers, based on consumer insights, market intelligence and industry trends. You’ll lead innovation design on Product, Service and Pricing strategy cross-market, defining global directions to guide offering strategy implementation across countries.
Specific Activities
  • Product portfolio:
    • Manage and evolve APE (i.e. Amplifon Product Experience), to ensure a global unique customer experience across countries.
    • Design & develop a global unique customer journey at Product offering level (e.g. dedicated sales protocol, APE packaging & collaterals, ...)
    • Lead successful new product launches based on suppliers’ innovation roadmap, developing dedicated global marketing & training toolkits in collaboration with other functions (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Audiology, REX, Brand, Digital, ...), to provide countries with the best launch instruments
    • Manage and optimize ancillary products portfolio (e.g. accessories, ALDs, Hearing Protections, ...)
  • Service portfolio:
    • Oversee the global service strategy: perform a mapping of the status quo at global level, work with CMI team on dedicated learning plans and design an effective and innovative service strategy
    • Define specific service bundles and additional service packs, identifying their role in the customer journey, in order to push upselling and generate cross-selling
  • Provide key Pricing principles and strategy (e.g. bundling, financing, ...), coordinating with the regional/local pricing teams to ensure consistency and maximize revenues at local level
  • Support Line Manager in other specific projects

What you’ll needYou are the right person if you:
  • Hold a University Degree in Economics/Business Administration/Management/Engineering, preferably with a background in Marketing
  • Have gained a previous relevant experience in Product management, Service design, Pricing, Market/business analysis in multinational companies (at least 5/7 years)
  • Have strategic thinking and business acumen, together with strong analytical skills
  • Are highly structured and accountable - project management skills are a must
  • Are a team player with excellent relationship skills both with internal/external stakeholders, including strong influencing skills
  • Are able to handle complexity and transformation projects, driving the change with a strong entrepreneurial attitude
  • Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural and dynamic teams
  • Are willing to travel
  • Possess an excellent command of Microsoft Office
