Randstad Technologies is the group’s division specialised in IT recruitment and IT professional training. research for our client, a leading multinational company that designs and manufactures telecommunication devices and systems CYBER SECURITY MANAGER Our customer is looking for a passionate professional as Cyber Security Manager in charge of the Security Lab in Italy who is responsible for the design and implementation of the network security strategy of the Headquarters, ensuring that the strategy and framework are consistent with global business strategy, the company’s overall network security architecture, and with customer needs and regional specific requirements. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Manage the Security Lab in Italy, coordinating the lab activities with internal and external stakeholders;Communicate with Italian security agent and third party lab for implementing the necessary activities required;Provide professional advice and guidance on corporate cyber security matters, including but not limited to interactions and practices with government agencies and officials;Establish and maintain regular communication with major international security agencies, industry alliances and strategic customers to demonstrate corporate network security vision and governance outcomes to enhance corporate image security;Responsible for implementing safety evaluation and penetration testing for the company’s products to verify and rectify security vulnerabilities;Participate in product security risk analysis and security requirements collection.Participate in the emergency response of security incidents, trace the attack and give improvement plans;Responsible for communicating product safety related matters with customers;Support cybersecurity certifications on products according to customer or regulatory requirements. The successful Candidate Bachelor Degree Engineering with Cyber Security Specialization;At least 7 years’ experience in the same role;Familiar with web security, network security or system security domains (at least two years).Deep knowledge of industrial environment (Critical Infrastructure and Security);Strong CT / OT / IoT / IIoT skills and including knowledge of: software, hardware and firmwareStrong Knowledge of Security governance and security maturity model.Experience in source code reviewExperience in side channel analysisKnowledge of Blackbox test (especially Penetration Test), Whitebox test activitiesFamiliar with development languages (such as Java, C/C++, Python or Assembler, php, jsp);Familiar with typical vulnerabilities, impact, and attack methods, and be able to use multiple penetration testing tools.Knowledge of Fuzz tech, Linux and SQLKnowledge of Encryption algorithmsRemediation plan capabilitiesHave knowledge about cybersecurity laws and regulations of European countries, and cybersecurity specifications, standards, and frameworks.Very good communication and coordination capability;Ability to interact easily and respectfully with people from diverse culturesAbility to pay attention to detailsEffective Presentations & Public SpeakingPeople ManagementOperative Flexibility/availabilityProblem solving skillsEnglish fluent.
